Heavy Duty Cable Stripping and Sheath Breaking System

Designed for high-efficiency cable recycling, this industrial system processes a wide range of cable diameters from 6 mm up to 60 mm. Featuring dual-stripping zones with precision linear modules, it cleanly slits the outer jacket longitudinally on both sides without damaging the inner conductor core. The pneumatically driven pressure drums feed the separated insulation jackets directly into the rotary cutting drum, discharging shredded insulation onto the integrated lower conveyor while outputting cleanly stripped copper/aluminum cores through the front outlet.
